This modern apartment is ideally located close to all amenities including the Via Park commercial centre half a kilometre away with a selection of Bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes. On Saturdays there is a popular street market within walking distance. The large Mercadona Supermarket is 1 kilometre away and the beach at Playa Flamenca is less than 2 kilometres from the apartment. The apartment itself is situated on the ground floor although because of its design and the surrounding land there are a few steps leading up to the front door. Inside there is a nice living area with a 3 seater sofa bed, armchair, dining table and 4 chairs with a matching wall unit and coffee table. A television and CD player is also provided and UK television is provided. The living area has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. A portable electric radiator is available for the cooler months.. At the end of the lounge there are sliding doors which lead to a the sun terrace where an external table and 4 chairs are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven & hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave oven. Other equipment provided includes a toaster, kettle and iron with ironing board. The 2 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans, One bedroom has a double bed with 2 bedside cabinets and table lamps. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a bedside table with lamp. The full size bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, w.c., wash had basin and a bidet. The communal pool is located a short walk away. Parking is available in the road outside the block. There are 3 golf courses within a 10 minute drive and there is a large choice or blue flag beaches only a short drive away. |
